Why choose us

Training built around real industrial work

Pioneer Automation has engineered and commissioned automation systems since 1997. The courses teach what that work actually requires.

Live practical labs

Learn on real Siemens and Delta hardware — S7 PLCs, HMI touch panels and VFD drives — not on simulators alone.

Industrial projects

Work through project examples drawn from the mining, steel, paper and power plants our engineers actually automate.

Certification

Complete your assignments and final evaluation to receive a course completion certificate from Pioneer Automation Services.

Flexible batches

Choose a 2-day crash course, a 15-day programme or the full 60-day track, scheduled around your college or work.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Who are these industrial automation courses for?

They are designed for freshers and professionals with one to two years of industry experience — typically ETC, electrical, electronics, instrumentation and mechanical students, diploma holders and early-career engineers who want practical, core-industry automation skills.

Which technologies will I actually work on?

PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD drives and industrial networking. You train on real Siemens S7 PLCs and HMI touch panels and on Delta DVP PLCs and VFD drives — the same families of hardware used on the plants our engineers commission.

How long are the courses and can I choose the schedule?

There are four programmes: two 2-day crash courses, a 15-day PLC Automation Gold programme and a 60-day PLC Automation Platinum programme. Batches are scheduled to fit around college and work commitments — ask us for the next available batch dates.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. Every course ends with an evaluation of your assignments and a final test. On successful completion you receive a course completion certificate from Pioneer Automation Services.

Do you help with placement?

We provide placement support, resume preparation and interview technique sessions as part of the course. We do not guarantee a job — what we do is make sure you leave with real hardware experience, project work and the preparation to present it well.

Do I need prior programming experience?

No. The courses start from automation fundamentals — what a PLC is, how it is wired and how it is addressed — before moving into programming. An engineering or diploma background in a related stream is the useful starting point.
